Key features include a main warehouse with 10,000m² of space, cross-docking capabilities, a sprinkler system, 24-hour surveillance, and a 3Tn/m² floor loading capacity. The facility is equipped with industry-leading machinery, including 1 x 20-ton Kalmar, 1 x 40-ton reach stacker, 2 x 4-ton Toyota forklifts, 3 x 2.5-ton Toyota forklifts, and 1 x 16-ton Krone forklift. We also have the capacity to ground and store up to 30 x 40’ containers at any given time, ensuring smooth and efficient cargo handling operations.
Bonded Warehousing
Our bonded warehousing solution provides substantial financial and operational advantages for importers and exporters. By allowing the deferment of VAT and duties until the goods are required, businesses can significantly improve their cash flow and reduce upfront costs.
